An outstanding year in the club's history with the first attempt at producing a two tier entry. A reliable generator
and an original idea helped the club secure 2nd place at Bridgwater which was beyond the wildest dreams of the founder members. Two County Trophies, one for originality and another for 3rd overall in Tableau were won. This unknown club from on top of the Mendips was finally being noticed by the Bridgwater Boys. The cart was invited and attended the London GLS Easter Parade the following Easter.
